Sleep is one of the most important things a person can do to live longer, get better results in the gym, be more productive, and be happier all around. It’s also something not enough people get enough of. As a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I recommend getting at least 7 hours a night of great sleep to literally every single client I work with.
