This is so exciting! All you need to do is sign the release form and schedule your first session. The button below will take you to the release form. After you sign, you’ll see a link to schedule your first session. Tap that link and get scheduled! 


Get Ready

How to set up your workout space:

  • 3-Foot Rule: Be sure you have a clear space to work out in. Ideally, you want to imagine yourself lying flat on the ground with about 3 feet clearance in all directions. If you don’t have that much space available, remove breakable or dangerous objects, just in case you lose your balance.

  • Help me check your form: Make sure you have a strategy for positioning your phone, tablet, or computer so that I can see you. That way, I can make sure your form looks good and you are being safe.

  • Protect your time: Do your best to limit or eliminate the possibility of interruptions in your sessions. This is your “you” time.

  • LMK your equipment: Let me know what exercise equipment you are working with. It’s ok if it’s zero, too. We can make anything work.

  • Other stuff: Have water, towels, and a snack handy so that you have a great workout experience!
